You can delete your account and all your data at any time, in two ways.
In the app
- Sign in.
- Tap your photo → Your account.
- Under Privacy and data, tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.
Without signing in
Open the deletion form, enter your account email and confirm with the link we send you (valid for 24 hours).
What is deleted
Immediately: account, journal, audio and transcripts, photos, documents, people, routines, plants, activities, preferences, sign-in log and email contact. Seeds you sent that someone else has already planted stay in their garden, without your name or your letter.
What is kept
Only an irreversible hash of the email and the request date, to prove the deletion. Hosting backups are replaced in the normal backup cycle.
