The service

TheLifeSeed, by VSN Business Solutions LTDA, is an emotional journal with plants that grow as you look after yourself. It is free; if that changes, we will tell you first.

Not a health service

TheLifeSeed does not replace a psychologist, doctor or any treatment. Patterns, suggestions and activities support reflection; they are not a diagnosis. In an emergency, or if you are thinking about hurting yourself, get help right away: 112 in the European Union, 999 or Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK, or your country's emergency number.

Your account

You must be 18 or over, give accurate information and keep your password secret. Accounts are personal.

What you write is yours

Your entries, audio, photos and documents remain yours. You only allow us to store and process them so the app can work, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download or delete everything whenever you want.

Responsible use

• Do not use the app for anything illegal, to harass anyone or to send offensive content.
• Only send seeds to people you know who will be glad to receive them.
• Do not try to access other people's accounts or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Artificial intelligence

Some features use Solaris, our AI. It can make mistakes: double-check anything important and only use suggestions that make sense to you.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is and may pause for maintenance. We may change or remove features; if the service shuts down, we will give you notice so you can download your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, VSN Solutions is not liable for decisions made based on the app or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights your local law gives you.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the delete-account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
